Painted Wood Constructions

For many years I have creative painted wood collages and garden sculptures. In the future I will be including a few of these on the website, mostly for interest, although there will sometimes be one for sale and there may be the occasional sale of a group of them, either by invitation to my home or garden—or simply on this website. I will accept commissions for this type of piece, however. The shapes that are used include interesting wood pieces  (e.g., turned or ornate pieces of discarded furniture) that I find and collect and then alter to include in a collage or sculptural design  and pieces that I have carved or cut and shaped with a saw. These pieces are then glued or nailed to a centre post(s) or squared or shaped piece of foundation board and then painted and either varnished or lacquer.
